Client Testimonial: William F.

William F., age 45, received assistance from Victory Disability when trying to obtain Social Security Disability benefits.

William is now retired after having served 20 years in the military. However, he still suffers from various medical conditions as a result. William has undergone three surgeries to remove his colon and rectum, but complications ensued. He still has problems with incontinence, and reproductive issues. He had an additional two surgeries to repair a torn tendon in the left ankle. William can no longer see out of the top portion of his right eye, his frontal lobe has stopped producing testosterone, and his spine has multiple vertebras that are pinching nerves. Due to these debilitating medical conditions, William was a prime candidate for Social Security Disability Insurance.

The Benefit Process

William came directly to Victory Disability, knowing that his chances would be better with an attorney. He received notice of denial after the initial application, then again after an appeal. Our Attorney’s and representatives here at Victory Disability stuck with the claim until William had successfully obtained benefits. The process took 9 months.

Review of Victory Disability

“My experience was outstanding. The folks at Victory Disability were very straight forward about the process and possible complications. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner.” – William F.
